William C. Cole II, MD, attended the James H. Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University in Mountain Home, TN, and received his medical degree in 1996. Furthermore, he conducted his internal medicine residency at the same educational venue (1996-1998). In addition, he completed his fellowship training in pulmonary disease at the James H. Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University in Mountain Home, TN (1998-2000). Dr. Cole II received board certification in internal medicine and pulmonary disease medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine. He remains a member of the American College of Chest Physicians and lifetime member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Over the years, Dr. Cole II has received multiple clinical awards, including the Presidential Award at Covenant Health for his leadership during the Gatlinburg, TN, wildfires.
